I work with entrepreneurs who have ongoing business with an annual revenues of *250K - *5M. My clients must have specific business challenges related to starting, re-energizing, growing, turning-around, selling or closing their business. I also work with individuals preparing for strategic niches, franchises and partnerships.
My clients must be motivated to take action and be accountable to work towards as solution. Most clients include metrics related to increasing the 5P's *profitability, process, planning, performance, and people*. Significant business results include new clients, shorter sales cycle, new business from existing clients and increased revenue.
The coaching is provided via phone, email and/or or in-person. Group coaching and/or coaching for additional leaders within in the business can be arranged. A 1-year contract with a monthly fee is required.
